VENTEON Finance is hiring an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST to provide support in Troy MI. You will support a manufacturing company by generating complex customer invoices as well as collecting and applying payments. Support the Accounting team in reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
POSITION TYPE: Full time, Direct Hire, Hybrid work schedule. PAY: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
Education: Bachelor degree is desired. Minimum of Associate s degree is required.
Minimum of five years work experience processing Accounting / Accounts Receivable activities.
Manufacturing or Engineering industry desired.
Able to navigate web portals to gain and enter information.
Excellent communication skills needed. Detail oriented individual.
Technical: prior ERP system experience. PLEX a plus. MS Office including strong Excel skills.
Duties of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
Create and update customer information in the ERP system.
Generate accurate customer invoicing (manual, complex and semi complex). Submit invoices for payment via customer preferred method (email, website, etc.).
Produce daily reports for balancing transactions and noting cash position.
Take part in cash activities such as reconciling bank totals and running reports.
Generate tooling and roll forward reports.
Provide support for month end activities such as sending / reconciling customer statements, reconciling bank statements, ensuring all cash receipts are booked prior to the close process.
Stay on top of past dues. Directly contact customers to gain payments. Provide backup documentation as needed. Reconcile account balances.
Assist in audit activities by providing the information requested and completing assigned projects.
