Our client, a large manufacturing company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Accounting Manager
- Accounting Manager will have lead role in the month end close process with preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Accounting Manager will oversee a team of 4 on all Fixed Asset, A/R, and A/P
- Accounting Manager will help with monthly analysis of income statement and balance sheet at a corporate level
- Accounting Manager will help support any tax or audit related requests

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of the Accounting Manager
- 7+ years of Accounting experience, 2+ in leadership role
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
