Job Description

Account Executive 

Minimum 5 Years experience in Technical Sales 

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to fill an opening with a Tier 1 manufacturing company located in the Metro Detroit area. The ideal candidates should have experience with winning new business with automotive, defense or similar companies. 

Requirements of the Account Executive 

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in automotive sales 
  • Experience developing customer and internal relationships 
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically 
  • Experience selling technical / complex products 
  • Experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities of the Account Executive  

  • Identify new business development / growth opportunities 
  • Develop and implement strategies / plans to deliver said business 
  • Work with external and internal teams to drive sales / advance sales 
  • Work with management to develop growth plans
