Senior Technician - Husky Injection Mold Machines - Canton, MI

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Technician  

Venteon is currently seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Technician with deep expertise in Husky Injection Mold Machines. This role involves hands-on work in machine setup, troubleshooting, and especially disassembly and reassembly for service, transport, and installation. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment.

Requirements of the Senior Technician

• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing injection molding equipment
      At least 5 years of direct experience with Husky Injection Mold Machines
      Proven ability to disassemble and reassemble complex machinery
      Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
      Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
      Willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours
      Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
      Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
      Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat

Responsibilities of the Senior Technician

• Disassemble and reassemble Husky Injection Mold Machines for maintenance, relocation, or installation
      Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
      Conduct mold changes and machine setups to support production needs
      Execute preventive maintenance and document service activities
      Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal machine performance
      Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
      Operate, maintain, and inspect mobile equipment, including but not limited to, JLG type Lifts, Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, and other lifting platforms.
      Perform other duties assigned from time-to-time by the management team.
