3RD SHIFT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED - NOVI, MICHIGAN

A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Novi, Michigan area needs a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This Position will be hands on the floor, working leadership position. You will be working on the floor on Weld Cells and repairing Fanuc Robots and various types of Equipment etc.

This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED:

• Previous Automotive Maintenance Supervision Experience is Required.
• Candidates should have expertise working with Fanuc Robots and Welded Assemblies.
• Experience with the following: Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLC s, MFDC Weld Controllers (Bosch), MIG & Spot Welding, Adhesive Dispensing Systems (Nordson), Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Conveyors & Vision Systems
• Graduated from a Mechanical or Electrical Apprenticeship or a Certified Post Secondary Program
• Ability to perform various Electrician tasks
• Ability to perform basic Controls and Mechanical tasks
• Ability to take direction from multiple parties (i.e. Management, engineering, vendors)
• Ability to respectfully direct others, work well in groups and teach others.
• Ability and willingness to present projects to Engineers, Upper Management and outside guests
• Ability to create and / or revise standards and procedures to be more effective and efficient
• Previous Supervision, Welding / Assembly and Fanuc Robot experience is preferred
