2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisors to fill a 2nd shift opening with a Manufacturing Company located near Wyandotte, MI. Must have experience with machine repair, electrical troubleshooting experience is ideal.

Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor

  • 3+ years of supervision experience 
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • PLC Programming experience - Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc. 
  • Electrical blueprint reading and troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor 

  • Schedule, assign, and assist the maintenance personnel in completion of their tasks 
  • Plan / schedule Preventative Maintenance 
  • Provide leadership with on-the-job training 
  • Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical components including PLC controls
  • Assist with the maintenance of machine breakdowns and PM's
