Job Description
Engages in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, and fabrication of metal parts and tools by performing various duties
Primary Responsibilities (may include but not limited to)
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain documentation for compliance with OSHA, ISO, or other applicable standards.
- May be involved in janitorial services, landscape maintenance, and trash removal.
- Assist operators in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle, assemble, and install industrial machinery.
- Enforce safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
- Follow specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
Required Education/Skills/Experience
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Expertise in reading prints, schematics, or owner's manuals for machinery repair and maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on machinery.
- Trained in welding, tooling maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
