Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill a opening with a property management / construction company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have Project Management experience specifically with Construction projects.
Requirements of the Project Manager
Minimum 2 years general construction experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Project & Outlook
Hold Valid driver's license
Ability to travel as required to sites, bid meetings, etc. which may be several days at a time
Ability to communicate progress of crews to direct management as well as customer representatives

Responsibilities of the Project Manager
Gain knowledge of construction approach and processes
Ensure effective use of schedule and resources to field crews
Proactively manage changes in scope, potential risks, and develop appropriate contingencies
Communicate and lead project calls with project stakeholders and customers
Develop project redline blueprint submittals
Organize subcontractors and vendors
Assist with estimating new potential opportunities
Develop and maintain multiple high-level schedules
Ensure health, safety & environmental requirements are met
