CNC knowledge/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Tube Bender
Manufacture product that meets quality requirements by reading blueprints, drawings, or specifications to determine the dimensions and tolerances of finished parts.
Perform the basics to program and edit programs needed to produce parts.
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as angle rotation, length, speed, and feed, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
Set up and operate the machine on a trial run to verify the accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
Inspects and measures fabricated parts to verify conformance to specifications, using non-contact CMM and fixture. If non-conforming, process via non-conforming material procedures.
Meet time and schedule standards for assigned work.
Correctly process work via required paperwork and MRP system.
Notify the supervisor of any issues that arise.
