1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisors to fill a 1st shift opening with a Manufacturing Company located in Detroit, MI. Must have experience with machine repair, electrical troubleshooting experience is ideal.

Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor

3+ years of supervision experience
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
PLC Programming experience - Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
Electrical blueprint reading and troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule, assign, and assist the maintenance personnel in completion of their tasks
Plan / schedule Preventative Maintenance
Provide leadership with on-the-job training
Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical components including PLC controls
Assist with the maintenance of machine breakdowns and PM's
