Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR FP&A ANALYST for a growing manufacturing client in Farmington Hills.
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior FP&A Analyst role
Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related field
2+ years of Financial Analysis / FP&A Experience
Experience with OneStream
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior FP&A Analyst role
Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range strategic plans
Prepare detailed variance analyses comparing actual performance to forecasts
Build and maintain financial models that support scenario planning
Support financial close, consolidation, and reporting cycles within OneStream, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Develop and automate new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within OneStream to enhance visibility and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to identify and implement system upgrades or enhancements
Other duties and projects as assigned
