Job Description

Our client is looking for a ERP Product Manager located in Metro Detroit.

 

Position Summary:
We re seeking an experienced ERP Systems Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Acumatica ERP platform. This role serves as the key liaison between business units and IT, driving system enhancements and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals across finance, operations, procurement, sales, and marketing. Experience with Procore or construction-focused ERP systems is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the ERP product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needs.

  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize input from cross-functional stakeholders to define system requirements.

  • Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with the internal Core Team and external partner (Net@Work) to configure, test, deploy, and support Acumatica modules.

  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing improvements to maximize ROI.

  • Oversee issue resolution by coordinating with support partners and acting as an escalation point for the internal Core Team.

  • Maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on ERP management experience, ideally with Acumatica, Procore, or comparable systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).

  • Demonstrated success leading ERP implementation and optimization initiatives.

  • Broad understanding of business processes across finance, operations, procurement, and sales.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile practices and project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.

  • Industry experience in construction or a related field, including knowledge of project tracking, materials management, and field operations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP certifications (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner)

  • Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or related systems
